Adults peoples cannot to do any exercises as talking about a poor places, time,and high prices, for moving,exercises is panacea against damages, thanks for my morning exercises for 35 minutes my spine is flexible, cramps not adding, as and hemorrhoid, bowel works, like clocks.
A few of my exercise as 1.Lie on spine, stretch hands up, squeeze and squeeze out fingers.
2.Lie on spine, stretch hands for body along, raise one leg for strength corner, and keeping 15 sec, after other leg.
3.Lie on spine, slowly raise both legs, vertically up, slowly low.
4.Lie on spine, bend one leg, hands with taking a knee, stretch leg to breast, and with a knee touch a chin, bending knee, breathe in, bending out breathe out.
5.Lie on spine, right leg move to the side, turn clockwise, same with left leg.
6.Lie on spine, bend legs, knees moves to sides and connect together.
7. Lie on a belly, and fast moves with bending ,like beating buttocks along, bending legs in knees.
8.After every exercise doing a circle moves with feet, alternately bending and bending out fingers.
9.Warmed legs as rubbing for 2 minutes on each other, massaging belly low, with one hand,and other, as this exercise thanks to peristaltic improve.
10.Lie on spine, right leg to slide left along from a knee to fingers, massaging like her, same with left leg.
11.Lie on spine with hands taking for wall a bed, on breathe in, raise legs till 90 degrees, keeping a few sec, and on breathe out down. As waist side stretching, and blood circulation improve.
12. Stand up, hands on hips, turning moves with a body to one and other side.
13.Raise on toes, heels from a floor, fast down one leg on a heel, within a few sec doing an exercise alternately with every leg.
And these exercises i doing on anytime and on a morning, till 100 times every, and to shops,markets,work does not use a bus, and very good looking as younger with a body and soul.
