Every exercises doing till 10 times,slowly rise repeats till 15.
1. Stand up, low hands, inclined to front, relax to shake hands and all shoulder waist.
2.As lie on the spine, hands stretch to front, bend legs in knees, pressing feet to floor, relaxing to put legs to right, return back, and repeat in left side.
3. Lie on spine, straight legs, hands stretched for body along, relaxing a lie for 20 minutes, and thinking about a good.
4. As lie on a floor, stretch hands for body along, a legs to put with knees on chair, slightly push theirs, relaxing feeling at belly below.
5. Stand up, support with hands a wall about, rise leg one, relaxing shake with her, same repeat with other.
