1. As Corrie Everson offers these exercises she had won till 7 times by bodybuilding ,exercises are for one groups of muscles unites till complex,doing for one each other, nonresting.Repeats fo a few times as depending from training ,as till three times/week, leading till 5 as slowly.
1. Stand up, hands low, rise up leg, does not a body heavy transfer back,keeping balance, feeling for loads muscles,slowly low straightened leg, again repeat nonresting. And therefore doing till 25 repeats as one exercises series for one leg, lead till at 4 series. Return back, and repeat with an other leg.
2.Stand up, legs on width a shoulders, step to a front a one leg, other on place, body move back,feeling a loading muscles, slowly return back, repeat till 15 times is a first series for one leg, leading slowly till 4, with other leg to repeat.
