Take bottle or jar dark color of, and fill in of chopped burdock roots and ads wine till top, close,infuse a few days,warm into, shaking,grease ache as rubbing a few times/day.
Same to cook,use of filipendula root, inula helenium root, lilac flowers, uva ursi, buds birch, buds black currant, garlic, horse chestnut fruits.
