1.Non sweet tea or coffee with candy milk caramel as sugar free,or soya bar.
2.Boiled chicken as rib without skin, with green kidney beans pods 100 gr.
Second variant is 1.Fruit juice fresh pressed orange 200 ml or carrot 100 ml.
2.Steamed cutlets 200 gr, boiled cauliflower or broccoli 100 gr.
