Curd baked pudding.
Curd 400 gr as zero percent, manna or oats 2 tbl.sp., eggs 2, apples 2, fructose 3 tbl.sp, vanilla, cinnamon, for a taste.
Mix curd, eggs, manna, fructose,ads chopped apples, add in the form, and bake for 25 minutes, serve with fromage fatless,or without.

Curd fatness, radish red 3, onion one, red pepper one, fresh cucumber one, fatness mayonaise two tbl.sp, sea salt 1/2 tea.sp. for taste.
Wash vegetables, clean, cut, add curd, mix, add mayonaise,salt.
