Incline to front,side , a body turns, and swimming ads with sliding,stretching hands to the front, breathe in,to push with legs from bridge,slide,breathe out in the water. Or with legs fixing for bridge, doing a strokes with hands, like swimming out , that will to stretching out a vertebra.
A swimming exercises doing till three times/week, for 15 minutes, and every exercise to repeat for 5 times, and swimming for 15 minutes.
