Stay on four paws, and support in surface with a full palms and all feet,and move with this pose,and doing a step of left hand,after a right hand, and right leg, legs do not bend in knees, and this exercise useful for belly muscle ,legs,spine,and salts removes and for good blood circulation of all organs,and doing these exercises head low,relax a body,and doing a four steps of every hand and leg to front,after a back step.
And if moving with this pose is hard, thus to do a non move stay,after moving beginning.
