Drink 1/2 glass of fresh pressed juice of carrot within a day and for three times/day to drink on 1/3 glass with intervals til 30 minutes,after add rest for two hours,do not eat,drink,and on an evening to pur enema cleaning,and everyday eating shredded carrot is benefiting for children,as a juice.
