Against vasomotor cold.

Herbs adding with physiotherapy,water cure,and tea of the leaves nettle, raspberry, fl.chamomile, herb viola tricolor, herb yarrow on 20 gr, the herb thyme on 10 gr, roots valeriana 5 gr,and two tbl.sp. of mixed mass to boil in 0.5 l. of water within 7 minutes,infuse hour, filter, use 1/2 glass for four times/day before meal.

Washing nose cavity of ash berry red, leaves scumpia 20 gr, leaves sage, mint  5 gr, the herb horsetail 15 gr, oak bark 30 gr,and two tbl.sp. of mass boiling into water 0.5 l, infuse hours, wash nose cavity for two times/day .

Kalanchoe juice on 6 drops for three times/day dripping in nose,or enter walnut leaves ointment of, or fl.calendula of lanolin and vaseline.

If nose of mucus membrane  edemas ,thus take a diuretic herbs of leaves birch 5 gr, horsetail 10 gr, leaves cowberry 3 gr, fr.hibiscus 15 gr, herb bidens 10 gr, and one tbl.sp. mass adding into 200 ml. of hot water,cook in thermos, infuse 10 hours, use 100 ml. for three times/day till 35 days.

For herbs raising effect to use a legs wrapping  by Kneip s methods, as legs wrapping ,like scarf within an hour, in a day till 15 procedures for course.
