Who for always was decided stopped to drink,and new life is  sober,and theirs use against addictions by psychologic,physiologic,and on chronic stage, and my two peoples in formula are sober ,likes to drink and avoiding from alcohol. My selecting life is sober life, for night i will drink a glass of milk for sleep better,and will eat of fruits, vegetables, my face will clear,and bags under eyes will disappear, i will stretch,and energy, i will buy a flowers for my family,gifts,than alcohol,i will stop to met with alcoholic friends,and visit bars,these peoples are empty, a new to begin will not a late,thanks to the sober life a need to live.
