 A most characterized   this disease displaying is mental backwardness,  and early begun persistent cure will stimulate psychical development for children. Remedies will less benefit, if not combine with right education  .   Emotions of such children's are more kept, than intellect , but emotional reactions are superficial, not deep,   thus a very easy children to switch from a one condition on   an    other. Education is relieving  , that a most Down Children's are affectionate, friendly, trusting, they are always ready to ,    what others are asking, and very long doing an accessibility work, not distracting .  And for parent s goal is maximally to adapt a child to life, and beginning engage with him since 4-6 y.old, and is succeeded, thus and earlier.
