Keep berries in dish of glass, in dark place, as a sunlight effect is destroying vitamin C. Not keep in polyethylene packet, they will mold, die. And by this reason a glass of jar wrap a top with gauze, not close with lid. And cook infusion of one tbl.sp. chopped berries add in glass of the hot water, boil ten min, on weak fire, in enamel dish, after infuse 10–12 hours.
But better infusion cook in thermos. Wash berries, chop with knife, add in thermos and add hot water, as one tbl.sp. of berries add in glass of the hot water, close, and better on evening to cook, and infuse 6–8 hours, and not chopped fruits infuse on 10–12 hours, filter on the morning, through gauze layers. Press berries. Drink on breakfast, changing tea or coffee , as vitamin C, P, sources, but these vitamins containing rising in infusions cooked in simple dishes.
