Snack is Snow ball.
200 gr of cheese, 4 tbl.sp, of garlic pieces,4 tbl.sp. of mayonnaise, 1 packet of crab sticks, jar of olives without stones, 100 gr of walnuts.
Shred cheese, garlic clean, to press, shred crab sticks, walnuts nucleases cut, in every olive stuff with walnut peace. Shredded cheese mix with mayonnaise, and garlic. Of received mass form balls, after every ball knead till tortilla, in every tortilla middle put stuffed olive and edges fix, that olive staying inside a ball.
Ready balls roll in crab sticks, put on dish, and for 2 hours put in refrigerator for hardening.
Liver cake with cheese and garlic.
700 gr of beef liver, 2 eggs, 2 carrots, 2 onions, glass for milk, 4 tbl.sp. flour, 200 gr of mayonnaise, 3 garlics heads, vegetable oil for frying, salt, pepper by taste.
To mince meat liver, add milk, eggs, flour,salt, pepper.
On the greased with vegetable oil bake cakes, frying from both sides. Clean carrot, shred, onion clean, chop, fry vegetables in vegetable oil, salt, pepper. Shred cheese, garlic clean, chop, add mayonnaise mix.
Every cake spread with mayonnaise, form cakes in cake , alternately apply cheese and vegetables fried, decorate by taste an own.
Dessert is Iceberg tops.
For biscuit.
4 yolks, 200 ml. vegetable oil, 200 ml. of kefir, glass of sugar, one tbl.sp. honey, 2 tea.sp, of soda, 2 glasses of flour.
For meringue.
4 white eggs, 300 gr of sugar.
For icing.
2 tbl.sp. cacao, 2 tnl.sp. of sugar, 5 tbl.sp. of milk, 50 gr butter oil.
Mix yolks, sugar, oil, honey, kefir, soda slakes, add flour. Apply pastry on spreaded oil a form, and bake biscuit in oven on 30 minutes on 180 C.
Shake white eggs, put on water bath, sugar add, and shake 10-15 min. Add meringue ,like hills on cooled biscuit and put in oven for 5 min.
Cacao mix with sugar, milk, add butter oil, cook till constanly mixing till sugar dissolving. Glaze cool and pour over cake.
Poult in fromage.
1 poult , 500 gr sour apples, 300 gr prunes without stones, 500 gr of fromage, on bunch of dill, salt, pepper by taste.
Wash poult , cut on parts 4, salt, pepper, put in pot, or sauté pan.
Wash apples, clean from peel, middle, steam prunes, in 20 min put on sieve. Add to the poult pieces of apples, and prunes, pour over fromage, cook on slow fire for 15 min. Serve with green sprinkle.
Celebratory fish day.
5 potatoes and 2 carrots boiled, 150 gr of cheese, 3 onions, fillet of one mackerel , 100 gr of mayonnaise, salt, vegetable oil.
Carrot, potato cut on circles, onion shred, shred cheese. Mackerel wash, cut on pieces, salt. In spreaded with oil form put as layers , spreading every with mayonnaise as by order: vegetables-fish-vegetables. Sprinkle with cheese. Bake 40 min on 180C.
