As many years am having ache joints of polyarthritis, but am keeping using active life mode,thanks to the bay leaf, he is true saver. As cleaning joints from slags and salts as for 2 times in a year am using infusion of bay leaf, which cooking of one tbl.sp. dried leafs adding in 1.5 glass of hot water and boiling 5 minutes is on the weak fire,after water with leafs adding in thermos and infuse for 4 hours, after filter, use within a day on the small portions as one tbl.sp. for every half-one hour and use his for three days, after use rest for half year, and repeat such three day course.
And in joints rubbing bay oil, which am self cooking, as two tbl.sp. of dried leafs adding in glass of vegetable oil, close dish, and put in dark warm place, in ten days filter and cool into keep, and if need to warm and rub in ache joints for 3 times in a day, warm after joints and keep a few hours, till ache stops, ad again am activity move.
