Am enjoy this Karelian soup, as of dried small fish kind, when she helps in weakness,after hard diseases, gastrointestinal, poisons, as he enjoy using many fishers,and keeping in dry dark place. but before clean small fish, wash,salt, dry in oven for 14 hours, as keeping in jars, with gauze covered, before use not soaking.
My wife cooking soup of 200 gr dried fish in 4 l. of water adding onion, leaves of bay are two, boiling five minutes, infuse for 15 minutes, this soup is very taste, aroma, useful.
