one tbl.sp. herb calluna adding in 0.5 l. for hot water, boiling for ten minutes, infuse three hours warm into, filter, use for three weeks, as first week on 0.5 glass every day, after two weeks and repeat course.
one tbl.sp. pine buds add in glass for hot waster, infuse warm into till cooling, filter, use two tbl.sp. after meal, for three times/day.
Avoiding in weak kidneys!
