As on my 62 y.old am enjoy for cigun diet living for 8 years, as very effective, simple advices helping me feeling healthy and younger, as here am sharing such self regulations as for china s recovering system.
As avoiding alchokol, tobacco, creamy cakes,they are aging you.
Eat,when you are feeling hungry, but not for night.
Eat right,as attend on a meal process,eating, chewing, and not for other.
Eat slowly, chewing good, enjoy taste.
Do not eat,which you do not like, even this is very benefit.
Not eat a very cold and hot meal, find a golden middle.
As do not over eat, eat slowly,often, but small portions.
AS if you not eating meat,add soy.
Drink water.
Last eat before at 4 hours till sleep.
