Massaging legs, beginning are from feet.

Long time I had edema of leg is near to ankle with a blue spot as clear veins, as doctors saw this and nothing advised me. As when i read,that after bath, or washed legs to massage theirs with light moves with hands from feet till groin, after grease with heparin ointment, that am done, as systematically do this, am done for morning and evening in a day, sometimes everyday, spits are removed,and edema falls..
