Scientists show,that pathologic processes forming in organism in early aging,with training influencing are delaying, as also walking, and regulating sporting are improving metabolism and muscle activity, delaying atherosclerosis, normalizing work for breathe and heart.
A few exercises I offering for a always youth for the morning.
1.Stay,legs are on widen a shoulders, hands are on breast, raising are on toes, hands moving to sides,doing breathe in, returning back, breathe out,repeating for 8 times.
2.Stay same, hands with keeping for support on a waist level, incline body to 4 times to every side.
3.Stay, hands on a widen a shoulders, hands keeping on waist, incline to front, hands are in incline to front are free hanging , did not support for, repeating till four times.
4.Same, hands stretching to front, incline to front with straight spine, hands in incline are leaving for a floor parallelly, repeating exercise for 4 times.
5.Same pose, doing four inclines back, hands are on waist.
6.Sit on chair with widen sit, support in floor with feet, hands raising over head, fingers are locked, shaking raised hands from sides to side with corpus, for 4 time in every side.
7.Sit on chair, slowly doing a stroking a forehead, temples, ear lobes for three times.
8.A fingers with both hands massaging whole head, do not leave any cm,same massaging for two time a neck vertebra to direction to up and down, after exercise a warm shower taking, or rub with wetted towel.
