Winter soup.
One l. of meat broth, one tea.sp. of caraway, two Tb.sp. of tomato paste, salt, pepper, green, one Tb.sp. fat, 400 gr of fresh cabbage, 400 gr of boiled sausage.
In boiling broth adding paste, shreded cabbage, cook till ready, chop sausage, fry in fat, ads in soup, boil for 2 minutes, serve with green, as sausage at 100 gr at 228 kcal, 100 gr of fresh cabbage 28 kcal.
Baked pudding of cauliflower.
One cabbage green big head, salt,pepper, 150 gr at 10 perc.of creams, 2 eggs, 300 gr shredded cheese Emmental, fat.
Cook whole cabbage in salted water till half readiness, ads in pan with fat spreaded, pour over mass of cream with eggs, pepper, cheese sprinkle, bake till yellow golden cheese color, as very rich proteins, and vitamin C, as vitamin c at one portion 100 gr, protein 30 gr, and 450 kcal.
