As here exercise is not individual, as a full repeats as initial pose, where you are beginning a partner gymnastic, but he is importance for ending exercises,as ending every training a this relaxing pose,as he supporting with stands under waist and head, as where you are defined a size before training, and legs are bended in knee joints, and hands put on side surfaces a belly, as a goal for this exercise is full relaxing, and for a raising relaxation effect to close eyes,delay on this pose for ten minute, on a relaxing time as thinking about a something good, as this pose is good for mediation, auto training, and pray.
