Nettle salad and carrot against cellulitis.

Wash nettle leaves, chop, add in plate, add onion green chopped.Ads walnuts chopped into 1/4 glass of nettle infusion, add vinegar, salt, mix, ads in nettle in plate,sprinkle a chopped green.

Wash carrot, clean,shred,ads sugar, mix, lemon juice, nuts chopped and caraway, add shredded apple.
