Shtrudel with dried fruits.
50 gr.of dried apricots, 50 gr. of prunes cleaned, 50 gr.of raisins, 50 gr.of dates, 50 gr.of dried cranberry, 100 gr.chopped walnuts,and for pastry is egg, 200 gr. of whole flour, tea.sp. of lemon juice, two tbl.sp. of vegetable oil.
Cooks pastry of washed eggs, shakes in lemon juice. Adding flour, mixing,adding oil, cook thick pastry,roll til thin kind,half transparent layer will be.
Wash dried fruits,steaming,ads in nuts, add on pastry,add pieces of butter oil,roll pastry,and bake at 180 C till crunch,and hot cuts on pieces.
Shtrudel with curd.
500 gr.curd, pinch cinnamon, three tera.sp. of sugar, components for pastry.
Curd shakes with cinnamon, sugar,ads on pastry,roll, and bake at 180 C,till crunch.
Shtrudel with apples.
5 apples, 5 gr.of vanilla sugar, cinnamon pinch, components for pastry.
Wash apples, cut,ads in cinnamon, sugar,add on pastry, roll,and bake same,after cutting a roll spread with butter oil.
Curd with honey.
300 gr.of curd, three tbl.sp. of honey, pinch cinnamon.
Curd shake or mix with honey, and cinnamon.
