Am less moving on today, as my age is big and am on pension, so for the long time suffered of hard stool, as on TV heard,that bowel works for and enjoys water, fibers, so am used theirs. Avoided am are hard stool caused, these are manna, rice, corn, fat curd, hard cheese, eggs hard boiled, sausages, white bread, pancakes, sweets,pies, curd cakes, yellow plums small, dogwood,curcuma.Am added are oats, buckwheat, fatness curd, sour milk, fresh kefir will soft stool, but yesterday is hardens, potato pure, three times/day are fish or meat cutlets with vegetables garnishes, vegetable salads in vegetable oil, squashes, beet,carrot, cabbage, pumpkin, apples, plums, watermelons, melons, they are fibers, of bread are rye, cereal,rusks, whole cereal.
As meal entering through a same times between, thus am eating on 5 times/day in three hours,since 8.00 am, before meal drink glass of cool water, chewing good, shredding vegetables hard, after meal tea or compote is.
Of herbs are good flax seed as one tbl.sp. mass adding in glass of hot water,steam for 15 minutes, mixing, infuse hour, mixing, infusing for hour, use warm with seeds on three gulps before meal, everyday cooking a fresh.
Or 300 gr of raisin, prune, dried apricots,figs, glass of walnuts, washing are all in boiled water, apply on towel, dry, to mince meat, adding three tbl.sp. of vegetable oil, mixing, adding in jar, use one tbl.sp. before meal, till ending. As for third recipe use a packet of senna, bottle of cholosas, 200 gr of raisin, as herb adding in two glasses of water, boiling ten minutes, closing into, cooling till infusing, and raisin adding in glass of hot water, boiling 5 minutes, infuse for hour, filter senna, after squeeze raising as adding a bottle of cholosas, adding all in bottle, use for night one tbl.sp. till improve.
And am try to more walk, do exercises. As on lie with palms on the clockwise massaging belly on the navel side with a light pressing.
Breathe in deeply, belly intake, like to touch a spine, in breathe out belly is protrusion.
Doing squats, inclines.
These exercise are improving peristaltic, refree bowel of gases, and result is stool till two times/day, so am wishing for you a patience, and in fighting with diseases.
